Shipping
Our standard shipping rates are for UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be $6.99 for all orders up to $75.00. After that shipping is free. These rates are for the 48 contiguous states.
If you have a special need such as overnight or second day air shipping, we can accommodate you. Please call us at 888-PLUM-FUN (888-758-6386) to make special shipping arrangements.
Delivery time is 2-10 days. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We will let you know by email or telephone about any back orders or other delays.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be the actual cost to us and will be added prior to shipping.
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in two (2) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1 business day. Orders that are placed Monday-Thursday before 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 24 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday.
