Over a decade of salon, retail, and beauty services, a third owner has recently taken it over in Jan. 2023! A local gal raised in Red Bluff since she was 9 years old, a retired E.R. nurse, who has ventured out and is offering Botox services inside Plum Crazy! Deana Heard is so excited to be able to bring her cosmetic nursing skills right downtown for us all! Let’s keep this staple thriving for more generations to come! We can’t wait to see or meet you all.
